Mission Statement

Founders Damon Gettier and Ranny Humphreys formed the Virginia Real Estate Consultants out of an intense desire to give our Clients the attention, communication and service they deserved. Prior to joining forces, we each knew it would become increasingly difficult to maintain our high standards for customer service while continuing to grow our businesses at such a steady pace.  Recognizing that we each shared the same passion for uncompromising service, our dynamic real estate team was created.   A lot of thought and deliberation went into naming the new team.  How could we show our clients and communities how much we care?  We wanted to be the South West Virginia’s “Home Team”, the team that would care the most, do the most and provide the absolute best service in the Roanoke Valley!  How could we capture and embody the type of relationship we wanted with each client?  How could we treat each client like our very own family and friends.  How could we give our clients and new found friends the attention, communication and service that they would want? Virginia Real Estate Consultants was born! 

We realize that our clients are our business, our future, our lives, and we care.  We are not here to sell you a home, we are here to serve.  In serving you, we know that our needs will be met.  We know that a home is not a home until our clients make it their home. It is our desire to make that process the easiest, most exciting, pain free, experience possible by treating you honestly, ethically, while exhibiting extreme competence and knowledge.  We want you to know and trust that we care, not through our words, but through our service and friendship.  Each member of the Virginia Real Estate Consultants realizes that our clients are our business...our future...our lives...We sincerely care and never forget that it is a privilege to work with each client that trusts us with their part of the American Dream.
